After two years on Telstra at CHEP, it’s safe to say I can now write a killer eDM with my eyes shut. I worked with smart designers and UX strategists on multilayered onboarding programs, comms strategies and multichannel 1:1 campaigns. With each word, I steered the brand’s ‘practical magic’ tone of voice, learned a lot about the world of CX, and made complex things sound simple.
